The program consists of 12 three-credit courses, totaling 36 credits. There are two courses for new professionals* (6 credits), seven core courses (21 credits), and either three electives (9 credits) or a three-course concentration (9 credits) in Finance, Health Care Administration, Human Resource Management or Criminal Justice.
You can complete your Blended New Professionals MBA program degree in as little as 12 months. Students who decide to step out of the program for any reason will impact their desired completion time. All course work must be completed within three years.
For those without an undergraduate business degree, Peregrine Academic leveling courses allow you to complete any pre-requisite courses online, and at your own pace. These courses must be completed, however, no later than one year after starting your MBA program.

The Finance specialization provides a comprehensive understanding of the financial decision-making process and offers insight into investment banking and critical issues in the development of policy in financial institutions.
The Health Care Administration specialization focuses on the skills relevant to the current health care environment, including management concepts and process, resource allocation, risk management, and financing.
The Human Resource specialization is designed to enhance the knowledge, competencies, and skills necessary to integrate business and human resource strategies. HR Managers contribute to business strategies and bottom-line success in organizations.
The Criminal Justice specialization develops a general understanding of the components of the criminal justice system, fostering a critical understanding of the influence of the system in the lives of those who undergo the process as offenders and victims.
We have multiple convenient starting dates throughout the year.
Students may enter the program in Fall, Spring, or Summer sessions. Each student will be provided with a degree plan that maximizes the ability to complete the program in a timely manner. All work must be completed within three years.
Students will be assigned an academic advisor who will work with each individual to ensure satisfactory progress is being made while adhering to the degree plan.
Holy Family's Blended New Professionals MBA program is for those with with less than 3 years of management experience*. GRE and GMAT exams are not required to apply for admission. Many of our MBA students have completed non-business undergraduate programs.
If you do not have an undergraduate Business Administration degree, you are eligible to take Peregrine Academic leveling courses—which allows you to complete any pre-requisite course online, and at your own pace. Peregrine courses must be completed within your first year in the program.
